How it works
Clients
Clients is an advisor firm's home: one row for every company the firm works with, whether it set the company up, was added by the company as its advisor, or is engaged on one of its raises. Each row shows the raise that matters now (a running raise before a draft, a draft before a finished one) with what is committed against the target, its investors and close date, anything waiting on the firm, and the firm's own fee across that client's raises. The band above totals what is committed across every running raise. A company marked Held for the founder is one the firm set up and has not yet handed over. Set up a client starts the setup wizard for a new client's company. Client already on Struck? emails a contact at the client instead: if their company is on Struck they are asked to add the firm, and if not they are invited to set it up. The firm is told the same thing either way, so a request never reveals whether a company uses Struck, and each contact can be asked once every 14 days. Each row also shows where the firm's due diligence file on that client stands: Not started, In progress, Possible match to clear, Complete or Review due.
