Rehearsing diligence

The Prepared questions screen puts the questions a competent adviser asks on an Australian early-stage raise to the company's own documents, before an investor does. What comes back empty is a gap worth fixing while it is still cheap to fix. It reads only the vault, so rehearsing never touches a live dataroom.
