How it works
Applying to a fund
An investor invited to a fund offer applies on Your investment: the amount, at least the fund's minimum, and the dealing date it is for. The application runs in five steps, Apply, Sign, Accepted, Pay and Funds received. The fund's own application form is ready to sign as soon as the application is made, and the amount or date can be changed until it is signed. The fund then accepts the application, which makes it binding, and the investor pays into its application account. Once the funds are received the fund hands the application to its administrator, who issues the units at the dealing date's unit price and sends the holding statement. Only a live offer takes applications, and only from investors with current wholesale evidence.
