How it works

Dealing: handing applications to the administrator

A fund offer's Dealing screen takes the place of a raise's Completion. For each dealing date it lists every application with where it is and what it still needs before it can go to the fund administrator: signed by the investor, accepted by the fund, funds received, and wholesale evidence that is current on the dealing date itself. Download pack gives a zip of applications.csv and each ready application's signed form and wholesale certificate; tax file numbers stay on the signed forms and are never a column. Once the pack is with the administrator, Mark handed off records it against each ready application and closes the dealing date to any late application. Applications that were not ready stay on the screen to hand off later.
