How it works
A fund offer's settings and dealing dates
On a fund offer, the Offer tab of Offer settings takes the place of a raise's terms. The offer carries a name and a minimum application; there is no price or target, because the fund administrator issues units at each dealing date's unit price. Dealing dates are added with their application cut-off, in Sydney time, and a date nobody has applied for can be removed; its cut-off can be changed until it passes. Put the offer live lets investors apply, and needs a dealing date still open for applications; Close to new investors stops new applications and leaves every existing one, the room and the audit trail as they are. The Overview shows the next dealing date and what is still needed before the offer is shown to investors.
