The company's Contacts directory is everyone it knows: its own contacts plus every investor across its raises, each with their certificate state. An existing investor book can be imported rather than retyped, and match suggestions tie imported contacts to investors already on the platform. It belongs to the company's own team: an advisor firm that set the company up sees it until it hands the company over, and not after.
