Investor engagement

The Engagement column on the Progress tab, under Investors, says how warm each investor is from what they have actually done in the dataroom: Hot, Warm, Cooling, Quiet or Not started, or Committed once they have signed. The facts behind each label are listed under it, such as when they were last active, how many documents and pages they read, and whether they asked questions, and they count everyone on the investor's team, not just the person invited. An investor marks Gone quiet when the room has been open to them for a week with no activity since; the Gone quiet filter lists them, and the notification bell counts them per raise. Only the deal team sees engagement, never the investor.
