How it works
The advisor's investor directory
All investors is the advisor firm's directory across every raise it runs: each investor's qualification, certificate expiry, and access, with certificates to chase and submissions pending review counted the same way a raise's Investor checks tab counts them. An investor book can be imported here, and a certificate the firm already holds can be recorded for a book contact before they are on any raise, by opening their row and pressing Record. The firm sees and edits only the certificates it recorded this way: if the investor already has a certificate on Struck, it stays hidden until the firm invites them to one of its raises. Where the firm holds no certificate, Request certificate emails the investor to add theirs and share it; the row shows Requested until they do, and Shared with you once they have. The firm can ask again after 14 days. To pick who to invite to the next raise, Invested before keeps investors whose money has been countersigned or settled on one of the firm's raises, Active this week keeps those who read one of its datarooms in the last seven days, and the ticket size filter keeps those whose largest allocation or indication falls in a range; each row's Track record shows the same figures. An investor whose invitation to one of the firm's raises is still open shows it under Raises, with Copy invite link to send it from your own email. Each company's own list lives under that company's Investors tab.
