How it works

The company profile

The company profile is the outward page investors see: story, media, milestones, team and locations, with anything behind the NDA staying locked. The team edits it in place and can preview it exactly as an investor sees it. Edit team lists everyone the Team section shows, in order; until you change it, that is everyone with a seat in the company's workspace. Add a person puts anyone on the page, login or not, and switching someone off hides them without removing them, which is how an advisor setting a company up stays off its profile. Hiding someone never changes their access; logins are managed under Settings, Team. Access requests from interested investors land on the same screen, and granting one emails them that they're in. Who's viewed the profile lists everyone outside the company's team and advisors who has opened it, most recent first, with how many visits and whether they are on the raise or have asked for access; the team and the advisor running the raise see it, and visitors are told at the top of the page that the company can see their visit. Public page, beside View as investor, puts a version of the profile where anyone with the link can read it, and Followers lists the people following the company from there.
