The legal pack

The legal pack is drawn from the agreed terms: once they are locked, the valuation, price and close date merge into the subscription agreement and shareholders agreement automatically, so nobody retypes a number. Conditions the lead negotiated are listed for placing into the shareholders agreement, with a note to have a lawyer sign off on the wording before the pack goes out. Until terms are locked, the screen says so and waits.
