How it works

The raise Overview

Every link to a raise opens its Overview, the deal team's view of the raise from above. Once the raise is open it leads with the money: what has been committed against the target, the curve of how it got there, and what has settled. Needs you lists everything waiting on you, grouped into investors, terms and dataroom (questions to answer, review findings, allocations to confirm, packs to send or countersign, payments to confirm), and only what your seat can act on. Below it, Investors shows how many are at each stage from the NDA to paid, Dataroom shows how much investors are reading and the documents they read most, Terms shows the offer, and Activity shows what just happened. The Raise steps card shows how many steps are done and the next one, with the way into Raise steps. While the raise is a draft, the Overview leads with the target and how many of the checks to show investors are met, and Needs you lists what is still missing.
