Modelling the next round

The Round model screen lets the company try a next round on paper: drag the numbers and watch ownership move. It is computed from the live register, so the model cannot disagree with the cap table, and nothing it does touches the register. SAFEs and notes outstanding count in the pre-money: the price covers the shares they convert into, so they dilute today's holders and new investors get exactly their share of the post-money. Scenarios can be saved to compare.
