A register the size of a small listed company's. The price starts here, so you know the minimum before we talk.

Prices in Australian dollars. Advisors and investors never pay.

One number decides the price.

An investor is anyone outside your company you are dealing with: reading your dataroom, or holding your shares. Founders and employees never count.

We work the count out live from your register and your open raises. Your Billing tab shows the number, where it came from and the band it lands in, before anything is charged. If the count moves into a different band, your next bill moves with it, up or down.

Everything, on every plan.

No feature sits behind a higher plan. Only the number of investors changes the price.

The questions people ask.

What counts as an investor?

Anyone outside your company you are dealing with: invited into a raise's dataroom, or holding your shares. Founders and employees never count. Someone both in a room and on the register counts once. The number is worked out live from your register and your open raises, never stored or guessed, and you can see it on your Billing tab before anything is charged.

When does the plan start?

On the day you invite your first outside investor, or record one on your register. You have 14 days to add a card; until then everything carries on as normal, and nothing has been charged.

What happens when the round closes?

Nothing changes on the day. Investors who bought shares stay in the count as holders, and anyone else in the room counts until you close it. At the close you can switch to yearly and get two months free; the first year is invoiced on 14-day terms.

What if I stop raising?

Close the room and the investors in it leave the count. If nobody outside the company is left, you are back on free from your next billing date. Your register and vault stay exactly as they are.

Do advisors pay?

Never. Advisors work on every raise they are attached to at no cost, and never see an invoice. The company holds the card, exactly as the company pays the advisor's own fee.

Is the register ever locked?

No. It is your statutory record. Recording an entry on the register, and a holder reading their own holdings, are never held up by billing. If a payment fails, what pauses after three weeks is inviting new investors, until the card is fixed.
