How it works

Company compliance

The company's Compliance hub keeps the statutory machinery in one place: Officers records directors and the secretary once, so board resolutions circulate to them and ASIC forms fill their officer fields from here; Resolutions drafts and keeps the minute book, and a share issue legally needs one; Filings drafts the ASIC Form 484 from the register and tracks its 28-day deadline, with lodgement always yours; and the Calendar derives every statutory date fresh from the register, filings and assessments each time it opens, so it cannot go stale. Struck tracks and reminds; it never lodges on your behalf. Every resolution it drafts is a circulating resolution the directors sign electronically (s248A), so the company records under Settings whether its constitution allows that or requires a meeting or ink, and Resolutions warns until it does.
