How it works

Raise settings and advisors

Raise settings holds the offer terms, issuer details and lifecycle, including the receiving bank account payment instructions draw on. Advisors see that account but only the company can change it, and a change asks for the company user's second-step code again. On a priced round the pre-money valuation is set here until a lead puts a term sheet down: One figure gives the indicative price per share investors see, while A range is your own working range, never shown to investors, who see the price as to be confirmed. Once the lead submits a term sheet the valuation is negotiated on the Term sheet page, and settings shows the figure on the table, then the agreed one, without letting it be changed. Its Advisors tab records the firms engaged on the raise, their role and the fee terms they work under. Inviting an investor is a separate thing; that lives under Investors.
